Fully nonrefundable fares may return only taxes or unused segments, and voluntary changes can carry an airline penalty. We put your fare’s exact rules in writing before you buy, not after.
If the airline approves a refund, we pass through 100% and refund our fee in full.

A flat desk fee. $95 standard, $165 complex or multi-city, its own line on your receipt, locked on your written confirmation. We never reclassify you to a higher fee after you’ve seen your price.
A share of the saving we can prove. Your saving is measured against the airline’s comparable published fare, same carriers, cabin, dates, and conditions, captured independently at the time of quote and written into your fare ledger. Our take is capped at the lesser of 20% of the fare you pay or $1,500 per ticket. If the flight is refunded, the share comes back with the fee.
“Airline-approved refund” means a refund the operating carrier authorizes under your fare’s rules. Airline change and cancel fees, and any fare difference, pass through at the airline’s cost on their own line.
