Fare rules, plainly

Fully nonrefundable fares may return only taxes or unused segments, and voluntary changes can carry an airline penalty. We put your fare’s exact rules in writing before you buy, not after. Eligible fares carry 24-hour cancellation, and if the airline approves a refund, our fee comes back in full.

Is the instant estimate a real price?
No, and we label it that way on purpose. The estimate comes from route distance and typical negotiated-fare bands, so you can see the honest shape of a fare before giving us anything. Real fares move with dates, season, and availability. The desk’s written confirmation is the only number that counts, and that confirmed number is exactly what you pay.
Is it really run by AI? Who’s accountable if something goes wrong?
The fare search, pricing, and booking monitoring are automated. That’s why the desk answers around the clock and why nobody here works for tips or commissions. Accountability is not automated: every itinerary is verified and ticketed under a licensed, accredited agency, and a human is responsible for every ticket we issue. Machines find the fare; accountability stays human.
Where do your fares come from?
Negotiated business-class fares available to accredited travel agencies. We show the airline’s published price and ours side by side, fee disclosed, so you can verify the number yourself before approving.
How exactly does Nordfare make money?
Two disclosed numbers, and only two: a flat desk fee, and a 15% share of the saving we can verify against the airline’s published fare. Every wholesale margin is rebated to your fare in full. Both numbers appear on your written confirmation, itemized, before you approve anything, so there is nothing to reconcile and nothing hidden to find.
What happens when the airline changes or cancels my flight?
The desk monitors every live booking and flags changes the moment they post. You get options immediately; rebooking on a free airline change costs nothing, and airline fees or fare differences pass through at cost, itemized.
Are you a registered travel agency?
Nordfare launches only after its state Seller of Travel registrations are effective: California CST (the number will appear here and in the footer), plus Florida, Washington, and Hawaii. Bookings are issued through an ARC-accredited host agency. Texas, our home state, does not issue a seller-of-travel license, so we won’t invent one.
